Community Credit Company (CCC) Plc is a category Two Microfinance Institution accredited by the Banking Commission of Central African States (COBAC) decision No D-2016/204 of 16 September 2016 and a decision of the Ministry of Finance No 00008/MINFI of 19 January 2017.

The Anti-Money Laundering Policy of CCC Plc deals particularly with all risk and liabilities related to the identification of customers or ultimate beneficiary of any operation, as well as the freezing of assets of all individuals and institutions officially listed by the international community as suspected sponsors of terrorism.More so in conformity with the disposition of “arête No:01/03-CEMAC-UMAC-CM” of 4th April 2009 with regards to Anti-Money Laundering and the financing of terrorist acts in central Africa, the company has put in place a team to detect and declare suspicious financial transactions.
The company is equally embarking money laundering techniques and methods to combat such acts.
